About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled lawyer to join our Superannuation team within our Investment Funds practice. The role covers a diverse and extensive range of work, including regulatory investigations and litigation, trustee governance and administration matters, remediation projects, superannuation fund transformation initiatives, specialised advice work and successor fund transfers.

  • Assist in providing legal advice and guidance on superannuation law and regulation;">
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues related to superannuation; ">
  • Prepare and review documents, reports and other materials related to superannuation; ">
  • Provide support to clients on superannuation-related matters;">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • 2-6 years' legal experience gained within a top-tier firm or by a combination of top-tier and in-house;">
  • Experience in regulatory, licensing, governance, administration, distribution, restructuring and/or investment matters associated with superannuation, funds management and/or life insurance products would be beneficial;">
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;">
  • A commercial approach and an ability to articulate and negotiate effectively;">
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills;">
