Senior Fund Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fund Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the investment team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the fund's investment strategy.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and commercial insight. You will be responsible for analyzing financial and strategic data, identifying key drivers of performance, and developing actionable insights to guide investment decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with the fund manager, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure alignment and execution of the investment strategy. You will also maintain and update the fund model, calculate asset and fund-level returns, and perform attribution and contribution analysis to assess performance.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, or a related field, with additional professional studies advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property or finance sectors, with strong exposure to unlisted funds and financial structures.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
