Are you a skilled lawyer seeking to leverage your expertise in investment funds and mergers & acquisitions?

The role will involve providing expert advice on fund establishment and structuring, regulatory compliance under the Corporations Act, and drafting key documents such as trust deeds and constitutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for clients' complex international transactions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in investment funds and M&A
