Lead the Way in Sustainable Water Future

Join PARTALE as we embark on a 12-month contract to drive a sustainable water future. As our Head of International Programs, you will be part of a passionate, collaborative, and inclusive team.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the successful delivery of our International and Industry programs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a high-performing team to implement government and non-government funded water initiatives and projects in our region.
  • Enhancing opportunities offered by the International and Industry Programs, growing our proposition, and attracting new members.
  • Working closely with the Events team and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of network activities and events programs.
  • Overseeing the management of government-funded development projects in SE Asia, including budgets, management, execution, reporting, and communication.
  • Providing Australian organizations and businesses with assistance to establish market access arrangements in the Asia-Pacific.
  • Managing and overseeing a network of consultants, participants, volunteers, and partnerships across the various programs.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in program and project management, including governance.
  • Experience in developing strategies, business plans, funding proposals, and program reporting.
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to prepare Executive/Board-level reports and manage external communications.
  • Experience establishing relationships and working with Government stakeholders across all levels and an understanding of government-funded programs.
  • Experience managing government contracts and effective risk management in delivering program milestones and outcomes.
