Enterprise Customer Success Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Customer Success Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of our cloud-based contact center solution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive customer success and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and programs that meet customer needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers on how to maximize the value of our solution.
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management in a SaaS or software industry.
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption and growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience navigating complex customer organizational structures and developing technology programs.
