The Client Services Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Client Services Team.

As a Client Services Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team to meet every client's needs across their investments. Your attitude and passion will ensure you put the client at the forefront of everything you and your team do.

**Specific Accountabilities**
- Lead a team to deliver focused, professional and efficient client service with the ambition to serve our clients and attract new business.
- Demonstrate and Model - superior client service skills, compliance and product knowledge with both internal and external clients.
- Perform various sales and service tasks
- Operate within the FSRA compliance and regulatory framework
- Ensure the Client Services Team meets operational, compliance and security standards

**Key Skills**
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership and coaching
- Demonstrated experience in retail or financial sales with a strong customer service focus
- Knowledge of Managed Investment products and how these relate to client groups
- FSR Tier 2 accreditation - General and Insurance
