Job Overview

The role of Expense Management Analyst involves managing expense reports, reconciling vendor statements, and creating journal entries. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to work cordially with people at different levels in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify, record, and process transactions using documents
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Create allocation and accrual journal entries
  • Support the accounting team with daily, monthly, and annual activities, including financial reporting and budgeting

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines in accordance with Service Level Agreements. A key focus area will be performing accounting closing duties, particularly with regards to IT Services, Telecoms, Storage Services, and Cloud Services.

A professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required to coordinate reconciliation of sub-ledger accounts and general ledger.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in expense management and accounting.

You should also have a proven track record of working effectively in a team environment and communicating complex ideas clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.
