About this role:

  • You will work closely with a Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with key customers.
Key responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers by developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of their business needs.
  • Act in the best interest of the customer, applying a customer-centric approach to provide suitable products and services.
  • Maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
Your skills and experience
  • Prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending is essential.
  • You should have strong communication skills to assist customers effectively.
  • A high level of attention to detail when reviewing agreements and contracts is required.
  • You should be able to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations.
