ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow developer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing custom workflows, change management, service catalogs, order guides, and flow designer for large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer ServiceNow instances for large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Design and implement custom workflows, change management, service catalogs, order guides, and flow designer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Maintain high-quality coding standards and adhere to best practices in software development.
  • Provide excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ITSM, with experience in ServiceNow development and administration. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, along with relevant certifications such as the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer certification. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong background in ITSM, with experience in ITOM and SPM.
  • Change Management.
  • Service Catalog.
  • Workflows.
  • Order Guides.
  • Flow Designer.
  • Minimum ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification highly preferred.

This opportunity requires the ability to work onsite 3 days/week in one of the following locations:

  • Downtown Atlanta, GA.
  • Downtown Charlotte, NC.
  • Downtown Raleigh, NC.
