Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Test and Evaluation Practitioner. This exciting opportunity requires a candidate with excellent skills in testing approaches, collaboration, and analytical expertise.

The successful applicant will have experience in implementing test cases, scripts, and materials, as well as analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming involved in the design and selection of testing approaches;
  • Supporting collaboration across parties involved in systems development to enable comprehensive test coverage;
  • Implementing test plans and conditions;
  • Identifying improvements leading to more effective T&E outcomes;
  • Analyzing and reporting on test activities, results, issues, and risks;
  • Contributing to requirement design and specification reviews;

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, including technical feedback, and be able to work within and contribute to a small team.
