Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Evaluation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Test and Evaluation team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing test and evaluation activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure effective test and evaluation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address testing requirements and constraints.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of test data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in Test and Evaluation with a focus on Defense and Space industries.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Test and Evaluation.
