Service Coordinator Job Description

This is a key role within our organization responsible for the coordination of spare parts supply. The Service Coordinator will work closely with the Field Service team and external customers to ensure seamless service delivery across Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to calls and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Manage spare parts requirements for key customers, ensuring accurate inventory levels
  • Process and distribute quotations and invoices for spare parts
  • Support Service Managers and Teams with spare parts queries, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Coordinate work performed by sub-contractors, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Perform general administration duties, including reception, filing, and distribution of mail
Requirements:
  • A relevant diploma or certificate in a related field is highly regarded
  • At least 2-4 years of administration experience, preferably in a technical environment
  • Proven customer relationship management skills
  • Experience with ERP systems is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
