A leading automotive dealership is seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to fill the position of Automotive Spare Parts Specialist. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting both internal and external customers through the sale, supply, and organization of automotive parts and accessories.

The position requires someone with strong product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and support a team to deliver outstanding service and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on automotive parts and accessories.
  • Manage inventory procedures, including stock control and storage.
  • Accurately identify and classify automotive parts and components.
  • Process and dispatch orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Prepare invoices and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against set targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Lead by example, promoting company values and a culture of excellence.
