Reliability and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our reliability team as a specialist in maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy plant by providing technical support and maintaining stock levels of spare parts.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Procuring and receiving parts for the workshop and spare stores;
  • Coordinating with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for part ordering;
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and levels to facilitate repairs;
  • Collecting parts from suppliers for urgent breakdowns, if required;
  • Updating and maintaining records in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, experience with CMMS systems, and a proven track record in maintenance operations within a fixed plant or manufacturing environment. Additionally, they should hold relevant certifications such as LF forklift and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) tickets. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with the team.
