Job Title: Site Services Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site services, including maintaining comprehensive asset registers and monitoring inventory levels of critical spare parts. They will also plan and manage engineering and operational contract budgets, supporting the development of technical vendor contract terms and conditions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all on-site equipment and monitor inventory levels of critical spare parts to ensure optimal performance and compliance with manufacturer recommendations.
  • Plan and manage contract budgets to meet operational needs, collaborating with stakeholders to develop technical vendor contract terms and conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment, documenting all changes and updates in accordance with established protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate vendors for service quality and statutory compliance, conducting regular performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee all technical projects and modifications to ensure compliance with industry standards, supporting clients with defect identification and resolution during project handovers.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for critical equipment and create and update job descriptions for the site services team.
  • Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment, including CEM inductions for contractors and regular safety audits.
  • Manage incidents and emergencies according to established protocols, developing contingency plans and conducting annual power-down procedures with thorough documentation.
  • Identify and implement energy conservation initiatives and service improvements based on trend analysis of equipment performance and call-out patterns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site services or facilities management
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience ideal
  • Building engineering management experience preferred
  • Project Management skills essential
  • Electrical or HVAC licenses a plus
  • Availability for shift work, weekend work, and emergency problems required.
