Job Description:

The Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Integrated Producer with scheduling work, bookings for the Creative team and tracking deliverables through the production process.

This role requires a creative thinker who can work collaboratively with the Creative team and be super organized with established methods and processes to stay on top of multiple projects and requests.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling work and coordinating media and assets required for production, including traffic management, project management and general administration.
  • Tracking the production pipeline and managing all post-production bookings in the Farmerswife software system, communicating any issues that may jeopardize deadlines.
  • Coordinating final checks and delivery of assets across multiple platforms.
  • Reporting on and maintaining up-to-date subscriptions, including production music to APRA, stock imagery clearances, licenses, photography clearances, talent releases.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that assets are available on time and to the highest technical standards.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior Experience: As a coordinator or assistant in a post-production or broadcast media environment.
  • Key Skills: Demonstrated experience in supporting or coordinating a team of people and keeping them organized and on track. Excellent attention to detail. Some technical knowledge of file formats and delivery standards for creative assets.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience using project management or production tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Monday, Farmers Wife. Eagerness and propensity to be proactive and learn new software.
