As a General Insurance Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our general insurance book of business.

  • Liaising with clients and other brokers to process new business and renewals
  • Assisting in preparing insurance proposals and presentations for clients
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in our system
  • Coordinating with obtaining quotes, bind coverage, and resolving any policy-related issues
  • Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Experience as an Assistant/Account Executive within a brokerage
  • Tier 1 qualification highly desirable
  • Basic knowledge of General Insurance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
