Insurance Professional Wanted - Full-Time Position Available

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in the insurance industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our experienced brokers with servicing and growing a portfolio of general insurance clients.

This role involves:

  • Working with our broking team to service and grow a portfolio of general insurance clients
  • Processing claims, renewals, endorsements and new business
  • Learning and becoming proficient with various broking systems
  • Providing customer service and handling general enquiries
  • Gathering information from clients to facilitate accurate and efficient processing

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong time management and organisational skills.

In addition to the skills mentioned above, the following qualifications or experience would be highly regarded:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a finance, retail or hospitality environment
  • An interest in general insurance (e.g. vehicle, home and contents)
