Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented performance engineer with hands-on experience in LoadRunner and JMeter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure applications meet scalability, reliability, and responsiveness standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests
  • Ensuring applications meet scalability, reliability, and responsiveness standards
  • Driving non-functional test delivery, including planning, design, scripting, and execution of all performance and reliability-related test cases against quality objectives
  • Managing junior team members
  • Providing analysis and summary of observations and recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ year experience in Performance Engineering
  • Proficient knowledge on tuning & optimization (JVM, Thread, DB)
  • Test leader with proven experience in infrastructure design, configuration, and non-functional testing practices such as performance, failover, disaster recovery, chaos, and reliability
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in LoadRunner and Apache JMeter
  • Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or New Relic
  • Experience in defining performance strategies
  • Basic knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring tools and exposure to cloud technologies
  • Experience in Cloud technologies (Azure/GCP/AWS) and proficiency in cloud optimization techniques
  • Experience in CI/CD – DevOps
  • Experience in JMeter, Load Runner, Neoload
  • Experience in writing custom code in either Java or Python
  • Experience in understanding and writing SQL queries
  • Experience in APM – Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Insights
  • Hands-on experience with any APM Tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, Sumo Logic, Azure Insights, AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus)
  • Experience in scripting complex protocols – SAP, .NET, Java
  • Any technical certifications in Load Testing Tools (LoadRunner) or APM tools
  • Experience with Service Virtualization tools – CA ITKO LISA, Mountebank
