Senior Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Brand Marketing, Kids to join our Pacific Brand Management team at Nike Deutschland GmbH.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement brand plans for our consumer, focusing on the key marketplaces as a community builder and brand accelerator.
- Manage brand plans and functional excellence within the Pacific offense, building and implementing brand plans for our consumer that will not only grow the business, but also create deep, meaningful relationships with our Kid athletes.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to craft a strategic vision for Kids, driving the development and implementation of content and experiences both digitally and physically for the consumer.
- Manage the seasonal planning process/calendar, leading, contributing, and driving the seasonal plan for the Kid athlete.
- Deliver and execute a holistic marketing plan, in line with brand and business strategies, obsessing the consumer journey, thinking digital first, and ensuring a seamless online-to-offline journey.
- University Degree (e.g. Bachelor's) in Marketing or related field and 5+ years of directly related marketing experience.
- Leadership vision and mindset, with people management and coaching skills.
- A digital first mindset and eagerness to continue to push creative and strategic boundaries.
- A demonstrable connection to Kids Sports - from Running to Football (Soccer) is preferable but other connections will be considered.
- Experience leading and driving end-to-end planning & the ability to masterfully juggle the details and the big picture.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience presenting to leadership teams, both internally and externally.
- Experience in working cross-functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work within a large dynamic team.
- Adapts quickly to move at the pace of consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when needed.
- An understanding of the performance, culture, and lifestyle of sport.
