About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our Pacific Brand Management team at Nike Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand plans that drive business growth and create deep connections with our consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand plans that align with our business strategies and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create engaging content and experiences for our consumers
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Manage the seasonal planning process and calendar to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans
  • Collaborate with global and geo stakeholders to ensure alignment with global strategic accounts
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing or related field and 5+ years of directly related marketing experience
  • Leadership vision and mindset, with people management and coaching skills
  • Digital first mindset and eagerness to continue to push creative and strategic boundaries
  • Demonstrable connection to Kids Sports, preferably with experience in Running and Football (Soccer)
  • Experience leading and driving end-to-end planning and ability to masterfully juggle details and big picture
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience presenting to leadership teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally and harnessing a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to consumer trends and work in a constantly evolving environment
