We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Brand Marketing, Kids to join our Pacific Brand Management team at Nike Deutschland GmbH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand plans to drive business growth and create deep, meaningful relationships with our Kid athletes.
- Lead with insights to make our brand, product, purpose, and seasonal messages resonate with our Kid athlete.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to craft a strategic vision for Kids, driving the development and implementation of content and experiences both digitally and physically for the consumer.
- Manage the seasonal planning process/calendar, including leading, contributing, and driving the seasonal plan for the Kid athlete.
- Deliver and execute a holistic marketing plan, in line with brand and business strategies, obsessing the consumer journey, thinking digital first, and ensuring a seamless online-to-offline journey.
Requirements:
- University Degree (e.g. Bachelor's) in Marketing or related field and 5+ years of directly related marketing experience.
- Leadership vision and mindset, with people management and coaching skills.
- A digital first mindset and eagerness to continue to push creative and strategic boundaries.
- A demonstrable connection to Kids Sports – from Running to Football (Soccer) is preferable but other connections will be considered.
- Experience leading and driving end-to-end planning & the ability to masterfully juggle the details and the big picture.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience presenting to leadership teams, both internally and externally.
- Experience in working cross-functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment, and being able to lead project work within a large dynamic team.
- Adapts quickly to move at the pace of consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when needed.
- An understanding of the performance, culture, and lifestyle of sport.
