We are seeking an experienced Community Development Pathways Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead initiatives that drive community-led change and transformation.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a crucial part in implementing the Community Services and Housing Strategy across the HopeStreet Hub. They will be responsible for driving community-led change and transformation through place-based collaboration and co-design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the Community Services and Housing Strategy across the HopeStreet Hub.
  • Develop and implement program plans within Best Practice Frameworks.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree or post-graduate qualifications in Community Development, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a Community Services environment and Community Development.
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
