About the Role

This is a communications specialist position within the Transformation Division and Program. The primary purpose of this role is to support the delivery of communications across the division and program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key stakeholders, driving awareness, and delivering communications to impacted employees. This will involve working closely with the Head of Internal Communications and the Internal Communications Manager, Transformation to implement enterprise-wide content and collateral using various channels.

Key responsibilities include implementing communications plans to support the change approach for impacted divisions, tailoring content for each communication channel, and fostering engagement within the Transformation division.

The ideal candidate will have advanced PowerPoint skills, graphic design experience, and the ability to produce visually engaging content. They will also possess strong written communication skills, intranet editing and SharePoint experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About You
  • You have a graphic design skillset, coupled with advanced Power Point (ability to create interactive power point presentations) and the ability to produce visually engaging content.
  • You have Strong written communications skills to translate complex, technical information into simple content.
  • You have Intranet editing and Sharepoint experience.
  • You are able to work independently when needed & multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing communications across multiple divisions.
  • You are able to work with a broad range of stakeholders with often competing priorities.
