Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide strategic guidance to the Senior Leadership Team and partner closely with the Marketing Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee commercial, consumer, and business insights streams to ensure the business is equipped with relevant data to make effective decisions
* Curate data-driven narratives to inspire and influence stakeholders across the business
* Present regular market updates to the Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholder groups
* Demonstrate purposeful leadership to maintain a high-performing team and continually develop talent

Key Skills/Experiences:

* Significant experience in consumer and business insights at a director or VP level, preferably within large complex industries
* Balanced mix of strategic and commercial expertise
* Big data commercialization experience across digital and physical transactions
* Experience leading agencies in qual, quant, strategy, and consulting projects
* Previous experience in a senior management role overseeing a similar portfolio and leading a team in a high-growth organization
