Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has relocation plans to Queensland. This role involves opportunities with leading developer builders and head D&C contractors in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast. Current projects include high-rise luxury apartments, mixed-use commercial developments, sporting facilities, and industrial new build projects.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of new build projects. This position suits someone with a proven track record in managing commercial/high rise residential/industrial new build projects with excellent leadership skills and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
Requirements
  • Plans to relocate to Queensland.
  • Previous experience in managing new build construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
