With a robust pipeline of ongoing projects, we are seeking a Construction Labourer to join our team and contribute to our business goals through a can do work attitude and an all round ability to assist in all aspects of the construction process.

Your role will include but is not limited to:

  • Assist with various tasks on the construction site to support tradespeople and site managers.
  • Transport, load, and unload materials, tools, and equipment around the site.
  • Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials or equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris, rubbish, and waste materials.
  • Provide assistance to skilled tradespeople, including holding materials, measuring, mixing materials, and other support tasks.
  • Follow safety protocols, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Assist with setting up of temporary structures, and other necessary site preparations.
  • Notify supervisors of any potential safety hazards or concerns on the site.

What we're seeking:

  • Prior experience in Construction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
