**Key Job Summary:**

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our construction team.

**Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will oversee all site activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients and unions to facilitate a smooth project execution.
  • Manage and coordinate sub-contractors to achieve optimal results.
  • Maintain accurate records of on-site progress and performance.
  • Deliver the project within the predetermined timeframe and budget.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel by overseeing OH&S protocols.

**Requirements:**

  • A building trade background or related degree is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on similar projects is required.
  • The ideal candidate must possess the right to work in Australia without sponsorship requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Run and coordinate all site activities.
  • Liaise with architect, engineer, subcontractor, client & union.
  • Manage and drive sub-contractor.
  • Maintain and control all on-site record.
  • Run project to the construction programme, specification & requirement.
  • Oversee all OH&S and ensure the site is a safe workplace.
  • Deliver project on time and meet expectations.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Building Science or related field.
  • Possession of relevant certifications (e.g. OHS, etc.).
