Job Title: Community Support Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Support Specialist to join our team. As a Community Support Specialist, you will provide personalized support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and improving quality of life.

You will spend your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients, and supporting them with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.

In addition, you will provide care in accordance with individualized care plans, support community-based recreational and social activities, and assist with transportation and shopping appointments.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
  • Current Australian driver's license and own roadworthy insured vehicle
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
