About You :

  • You hold a Diploma in Leadership Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • You have prior experience in procurement and a strong understanding of the role.
  • You possess a current Senior First Aid Certificate and an Approved Managers License.
  • You have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and a current Responsible Service of Gambling (RGA) Certificate.

Position Summary :

This role involves working under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer and Operations Manager to manage and supervise the Club's activities, functions, and business. You will oversee and manage staff, ensuring that daily tasks are delegated and assigned to the respective staff members by Supervisors.

Key Requirements :

  • You must have a high level of literacy and numeracy.
  • You need to have detailed knowledge of customer service procedures and opening and closing procedures.
  • You should be conversant with the Club's policies and operating procedures.
  • You must have knowledge of workplace health & safety regulations.
  • You should be able to work unsupervised and follow directions as part of a team to achieve targets and goals.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively with fellow staff, customers, and management.
  • You should be able to provide consistent, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
  • You must be able to optimise customer sales through effectively adding value at the counter and at the table.
  • You should be able to maintain club presentation, hygiene, and product quality through following daily and weekly procedures and schedules.
  • You must be proactive, positive, enthusiastic, energetic, responsible, and friendly.
  • You should adhere to the company's dress code at all times.
  • You must provide positive, constructive feedback to fellow staff and Shift Supervisors.
