Job Summary


Savins Radiators is seeking an experienced Senior Workshop Operations Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of mechanics in our busy workshop.


About the Role


As a Senior Workshop Operations Manager, you will provide ongoing leadership and management of the workshop Service Centre, ensuring excellent business relationships with clients and customers are established and maintained.


You will actively engage in day-to-day workshop operation, engaging with service strategies and processes to increase business productivity and maintain consistent national standard practices.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Create quotes and invoices for customers in a prompt manner
  • Order Parts from suppliers as required
  • Maintain stock levels
  • Receive and check incoming stock

Salary Range


$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience


What You'll Need


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A strong understanding of workshop operations and management principles
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
