About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide clinical care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their health and quality of life. Your empathetic approach and personalized care will make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care and treatment to residents
  • Manage and supervise care workers
  • Conduct client assessments and monitor care needs
  • Develop and implement care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge of clinical issues related to ageing, including dementia and challenging behaviours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working as a Registered Nurse in an aged care environment
