About the Role

Cranbrook Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our new premium aged care residences in Neutral Bay, Sydney. As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, ensuring accreditation at all times.
  • Lead and manage a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care to residents, building capability and overseeing performance to ensure safe, efficient, and effective care.
About You

We are looking for a positive and customer-focused individual with exceptional communication skills and a kind and compassionate nature. You will need to be fluent in English, have a current registration with the NSW Registration Board, and hold a First Aid and CPR qualification.

Desirable skills and attributes include aged care experience, regulatory compliance and quality improvement experience, and experience with care planning and assessment.
