About the Role

Cranbrook Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our premium aged care residences in Neutral Bay, Sydney.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. We are looking for Full Time, Part Time, and Casual team members to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.
  • Lead and Manage Teams: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care to residents, building capability as required and overseeing performance to ensure the team is delivering results safely, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Develop Expert Knowledge: Develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, including residents' rights and accreditation requirements.
Requirements
  • Current Registration: Current registration with the NSW Registration Board.
  • First Aid and CPR: First Aid and CPR qualification essential.
  • Language Skills: Fluent spoken English and literate in English.
