About the Role

About the role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing and managing the health needs of our residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical care and support to residents
  • Assessing and managing the health needs of residents
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Providing education and support to residents and their families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia-related disorders and management of challenging behaviors
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A big heart – you’re empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
  • Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment
