About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at IRT Crown Gardens in Batemans Bay. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing clinical care and support to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality clinical care to residents
  • Managing and supervising care workers
  • Conducting client assessments and developing care plans
  • Monitoring residents' care needs and evaluating care plans
  • Providing treatment as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia-related disorders and management of challenging behaviors
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
  • Experience working as a Registered Nurse in an aged care centre environment
