About the Role

The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in coaching, developing and mentoring the store team to achieve exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales. This is a key leadership role that requires a passion for retail sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and individual KPIs
  • Coach and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and improve customer engagement
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations
  • Desire to be part of a high-performance culture and achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs
