Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at our North Lakes showroom as a Luxury Furniture Sales Specialist. This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 35 hours a week across 7 hours a day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a welcoming store environment that showcases our luxury furniture products.
  • Provide exceptional product knowledge and offer solutions to customers' furnishing needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by following up on their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of surpassing sales targets in high-end or hard-sell retail environments.
  • Previous sales experience, ideally selling luxury furniture or high-value items such as jewelry, cars, bedding, or luxury goods/travel.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and excellent communication skills in line with our brand's high-end image.
  • Ability to work most weekends, as required.
