About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional quant professional to lead quantitative research on existing and new strategies, managing domestic and global portfolios to achieve growth in funds under management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Conducting research projects to enhance existing strategies and develop new ones.

2. Contributing to systematic equity portfolio design and implementation.

3. Developing the quant investment process and infrastructure.

4. Providing expertise in domestic and global systematic strategies, portfolio optimisation, construction, and trade execution.

5. Ensuring compliance with portfolio guidelines and processes.

6. Monitoring and reporting on investments, modifying as necessary.

7. Providing quantitative research and thought leadership for the systematic equities team.

What We're Looking For

We seek a sharp quant analyst with a track record of delivering high-quality research to inform robust portfolio decision making and performance.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, inherently inquisitive, and able to work autonomously and collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

1. 5+ years' experience as a quant equities analyst.

2. Demonstrated success leading quant research projects.

3. Strong knowledge of equity markets and quantitative modelling techniques.

4. Programming skills in Python, R, or similar.
