About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team as a Coordinator for Bid and Tender Processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Welcome guests and ensure they reach their destinations efficiently.
  • Procure office supplies as needed to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Coordinate company events and functions to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of client details, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Perform data entry and collate information for database updates with precision and speed.

Tender Preparation:

  • Assist in the tender process and submissions as directed by senior staff members.
  • Enter requests for tenders into relevant systems and create project numbers accurately.
  • Review tenders to guarantee all necessary documents are received and corrected before submission.
  • Ensure timely submission of all tenders.

Tender Submission:

  • Cordinate items required for tender submissions with care.
  • Schedule and chair internal tender meetings to foster comprehensive understanding of the process among team members.
  • Collaborate with teams to review and approve submissions prior to finalizing them for submission.

Requirements:

  • Three years' experience in administrative roles or customer-facing environments.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in complex software applications and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • A proven track record in administration and project support.
  • Proficiency in system applications such as Adobe InDesign, Buildlogic, Procore, Hubspot.
  • Experience working within the construction industry.
