About the Role
We're seeking an Administration Assistant to join our AutoNexus team at Eagle Farm, dedicated to delivering exceptional support and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service - Be the first point of contact, handle enquiries, and ensure customer and dealer satisfaction.
- Administration - Manage invoicing, reports, parts ordering, and vehicle status updates.
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with our fleet, production, and account teams, assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Health and Safety - Maintain a safe work environment, following all safety procedures and actively participating in HSE improvements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in a similar role

- Proficient in MS Office
- SAP experience
