Senior Commercial Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
This is a key position within our company that requires strong leadership, project management skills and experience in managing site teams, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery of commercial construction projects
- Coordinate programs, budgets, and risk profiles
- Lead site teams and ensure quality assurance and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with:
- 6+ years' experience in the commercial construction sector
- Strong understanding of project programming, contracts and financial control
- Proven ability to lead site teams on projects of $10M+
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline
- Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills
This is an excellent opportunity to work on major project assignments with long-term work across NSW.

A competitive salary package is on offer, including a base salary of $140K - $200K + Super.
