We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contracts Administrator. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- You will be responsible for preparing contract documents, administering subcontract packages, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Tender Subcontract Packages: You will tender subcontract packages, including compilation and approval of tender documents.
- Contract Administration: Prepare contract documents for each trade package/subcontract, and assist with administration of subcontract packages, including progress claims and variation claims.
- Reporting and Analysis: Participate in monthly consolidated reporting on cash flow forecasting, variation status, and contractual matters.
- Project Administration: Establish an effective site or office-based system for project administration.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the building construction industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
