Coordinate and supervise maintenance and gardening teams, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations while enhancing operational efficiency and minimising costs through preventative maintenance programs Develop and implement new methods and procedures to improve operations, including training team members on company policies and performance expectations Oversee equipment requisitioning and review departmental reports to adjust maintenance activities and plan for new product needs, ensuring alignment with operational and budgetary goals Negotiate and manage relationships with external contractors for maintenance, gardening, and cleaning services, while providing guidance to management on property service issues and regulatory compliance Establish and monitor maintenance reporting systems, ensuring timely completion of major projects, guest satisfaction, and continual improvement through effective feedback mechanisms More about you A trade certificate with demonstrated leadership or business management experience Minimum of 3+ years of experience in related field A proven background in effectively working with key internal and external stakeholders across the business and industry sector Any additional licenses to perform inherent requirements of the role and location Site security clearance where applicableThe application period will close on 30/08/2025, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
