Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to fill a senior commercial solicitor role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their expertise in contract law and corporate governance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, strong knowledge of contract law and corporate governance, and proven skills in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts.

You will collaborate with partners on high-value deals, regulatory compliance, and risk management while growing your own client base and deepening your commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
