About the Role

The Business Operations Director is a key position that oversees financial planning and analysis for a well-established business. This role leads the team responsible for providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A function, guiding the development of financial models, forecasts, and reports.
  • Manage the production of high-quality financial information, including dashboards and scorecards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth through informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a qualification like CA or CPA.
  • Prior experience as an FP&A manager within a medium to large organization.
  • Proven expertise in automation and continuous improvement across an FP&A function.
