Queensland Tissue Bank is seeking an experienced Assistant Director, Business Operations and Development.

Your New Role

We are looking for a dynamic leader to join the Queensland Tissue Bank (QTB) as the Assistant Director, Business Operations and Development. This senior role involves shaping and driving the non-clinical operations that support QTB's service delivery and growth.

  • Lead and manage QTB's business operations, including administration, finance, HR, business development, research, and product development.
  • Oversee staff, budgets, and resources to achieve strategic and operational goals.
  • Provide expert advice and consultancy on business issues, projects, and partnerships.
  • Represent QTB at national forums, build networks, and promote service growth.

  • Proven experience managing business operations, budgets, and staff in a complex setting.
