As a leader in the hospitality industry, we're seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team at various locations across Brisbane North.

About This Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual with 6+ years of leadership experience in the hospitality or entertainment sector to lead and motivate a high-performing team of 20-50 staff members and drive sales growth and engagement within their restaurant.

The successful candidate will work closely with our management team to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, including rostering, recruiting, stock management, and compliance.

This role is all about empowering your team members' development, both personally and professionally, through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.

You'll also be responsible for managing financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs, as well as owning our local community engagement program to make a positive impact.
