Lead and Inspire a Team

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive sales growth, build engagement within your restaurant, and work closely with Area Managers to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard.

This is a people-focused role where you will be empowered to support your team members' development, both personally and professionally through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.

You will manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs. Additionally, you will own our local matters program by engaging with your local community groups to make a difference.

What We Look For:
  • 6+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues
  • Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing and engaged teams
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience managing budgets, KPI's, and generating reports and opportunity for sales growth
  • Organized and passionate about the hospitality industry with a customer-first approach
