Position Overview

Civeo is seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to optimize our workforce and meet growing demands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for forecasting staffing needs, creating schedules, and ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Forecast staffing needs based on historical data, business trends, and project requirements
  • Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal resource allocation
  • Analyze workforce metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and address workforce-related issues
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to workforce management
  • Utilize workforce management software and tools to streamline planning processes

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a workforce planner or in a similar role
  • Strong decision-making skills that balance commercial outcomes with customer experience
  • Knowledge of business operations and utilization of industry best practices/standards for analysis, design, and documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Previous experience with UKG Workforce Central, UKG Pro Workforce Management, or related systems is preferred
